Heading into week 10 there are only 2 teams on a bye, the Giants and the Texans. My record now stands at 6-3 in first place.
Game Of The Week-New England at Indianapolis on Sunday night. The Colts undefeated season is in jeopardy as they face their toughest test yet. Brady has won 7 of the last 10 match-ups against Manning. Peyton Manning is playing his best football of his career right now. The Patriots don’t have the same defensive personnel they used to so I see the Colts begin to take control of the game midway through the 3rd quarter. Colts 31-20.
Game For The Weak-This week may have the most awful games of any other week so take your pick. Since there is only 1 game on Monday night I am going with the Ravens at the Browns as the worst game of the week. The Browns stink, Mangini stinks as a coach, Brady Quinn stinks, the Ravens offense stinks and matter of fact so does their defense. Try some of that deodorant that Ocho Stinko sent you guys last week.
Upset Special-Since picking my upset special of the week I am 3-1. I had the Titans the last 2 weeks but not going for the trifecta. This week I am going with a team that I picked to win 10 games, the Bengals over the Steelers in Pittsburgh. That’s right the Bengals going for the season sweep. Cincinnati is 6-2 and beat the Steelers earlier this year at home 23-20. The Bengals are playing with great confidence on both sides of the ball right now and I look for that to continue on Sunday. Bengals 20-16.
In The Huddle-Because there are so many bad games this week you can feel good about starting almost anyone. A few guys I like to have big weeks are; all Saint offensive players, Percy Harvin against the Lions, AP should get near 200 yards rushing and 3 scores. Ray Rice, Chris Johnson and Jason Witten.
On The Pine-Julius Jones, Kevin Smith, Donovan Mcnabb and LT.
Now Or Never-Joe Flacco against the Browns, enough said. Marion Barber who I love and has been dealing with numerous injuries needs to put a solid game together and soon. All offensive players for both teams in the KC/OAK game need to be benched. Matter of fact they shouldn’t be on anyone’s roster. Calvin Johnson has a mysterious knee injury that nobody knows much about. The Vikings have given up 13 passing touchdowns so far and the Lions will be passing all day as they will fall behind early and big. CJ, now or never pal!
