I am not begrudging the First Family a vacation, I just think that spending anywhere from $35-$50,000 on it at this particular time is insensitive to the situation of many Americans.  Obama has asked that Americans make sacrifices yet it seems he is exempt from making any.  Took his wife on a date nite in NYC that cost ($25,000-$250,000) more than some Americans’ homes.  Speaking of homes, alot of Americans have lost theirs.  Millions of Americans find themselves unemployed and unsure how they will provide for their families.  It is being reported that the  Obama Family vacation will be during the last 2 weeks in August up at Martha’s Vineyard.  Similar homes rent for up to $50,000 which is more than alot of Americans earn in a single year.
