The more we learn about Obamacare the more we see it for what it really is.  The health-care bill is another re-distribution of wealth program.  Like so many of Obama’s policies, he is looking to provide for those who don’t have at the expense of those that do. 

Democratic Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland held a town hall recently to promote Government Run Health Care.  Robert Broadus was in the audience, he recently lost his job and asked this:

“I decided not to get the health insurance. That’s working out for me because I’m able to save that extra money and give it to my family members and use it on myself. Senator Cardin, I want to know are you going to tell me an individual…that I have to buy health care or else you’re going to fine me $2,500 every year I don’t get it? Our founding fathers assured us we have a Bill of Rights and I want to see you uphold that,”

Cardin replied by asking the man a ‘what if’ you got into an accident scenario and offered this response if the man had to be admitted to an emergency room:

“You don’t pay. You are part of the population that shifts its costs over to a person who does pay, and they’re paying for you,”

I am not saying we don’t have a health-care problem in this country, we do.  This plan is not the answer. Why should you and I have to pay for someone else’s health-care?  Why should we foot the bill for 12 million illegal aliens health-care?  Obamacare is another re-distribution of wealth plan that Obama warned us about back on the campaign trail when he told Joe the plumber he wanted to spread the wealth.  Remember Joe?
